• Account information: Name, email address, brokerage, city, state, and zip codes you provide during registration.
• Profile data: Bio, content preferences, tone settings, niche focus, and content pillars you configure for content generation.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Uploaded content: Photos, listing information, and other materials you submit for use in social media posts.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including post approvals, rejections, and requests.
• Social media connections: When you connect social media accounts, we store the necessary authentication tokens to publish content on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized social media content tailored to your market and brand
• Publish approved content to your connected social media accounts
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (welcome, billing, content notifications)
• Improve the quality and relevance of generated content
• Provide customer support

3. AI Content Generation

Your profile information, market data, and content preferences are sent to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to generate social media posts. This data is used solely for content generation and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the duration of the request. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Market Data

We collect and cache publicly available real estate market data for the zip codes you specify. This data is sourced from third-party providers and is used to make your content more relevant and data-driven. Market data is cached temporarily and refreshed periodically.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only with the following categories of third parties:

• Payment processor (Stripe): To process subscription payments securely.
• AI provider (Anthropic): To generate social media content based on your profile and market data.
• Social media platforms: To publish approved content to your connected accounts.
• Email provider (Resend): To send transactional emails.
• Market data provider (RentCast): To fetch real estate market statistics for your zip codes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for advertising purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
