RealtorContent is an AI-powered social media content management platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service generates social media posts using artificial intelligence, pulls local market data, and can publish content to connected social media accounts on your behalf.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence and is intended as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published. RealtorContent does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, compliant with real estate advertising regulations, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and your brokerage's policies.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including photos, listing information, and profile data. By uploading content, you grant RealtorContent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) publish misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content; (c) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (d) transmit malware or other harmful code; or (e) interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including social media networks, payment processors, and data providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RealtorContent is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtorContent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Market data provided through the Service is sourced from third parties and may not be current or accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination by contacting support.
